FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.

YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher upon arrival to the staff at the meeting point of your activity. The location of the meeting point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for customers showing up late for their scheduled activity.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through Isla Cozumel Day Pass are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received. 

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check all the information on your voucher including the activity, date, time, meeting point, number of people on your voucher and to contact us immediately if anything is not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience runs rain or shine. In the event that the experience is canceled by the operator due to weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

No-Shows are not refundable.

Last minute cancellations, backing-out or not being able to start/complete the dive are not refundable.

Customer cancellation due to sickness or injury: 100% refund (a doctor’s note is required)

Cancellations by the tour operator due to inclement weather: 100% refund
